Our methods of communication with you is by email and Facebook. All order and dispatch confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide.

In event of a problem with your order, we will contact you by telephone or email.

All orders received online at Alimtex Limited are processed and dispatched as promptly as possible (1-2 working days) and normally delivered in 1 working day.

The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods received and to check the quantity, assortment or possible defects. The buyer must notify the seller of a possible mistake immediately after receipt of the goods (maximum 12h). Otherwise, the delivery is considered complete and correct.

DELIVERY DELAYS

We do our best for you to receive your item on time but in exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues deliveries may experience delays. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have

LOST AND DAMAGE PACKAGES

Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses in transit. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if you don’t receive, you’re package within 4 working day after you place the order you have to contact us, if no we will not be able to make a claim

  1. In case if you package is LOST, Alimtex will open a case with the delivery partner for lost and will be compensated within 30 days.
  2. Is case of a DAMAGE package, you have to contacted as soon as you receive the package, will we provide information for return the item , please keep the envelope what was received the item will we need it when we make the claim. Us we will open a case to delivery partner and after investigations you will be compensated within 30 days, in case you don’t do that we don’t considered damage in transit!
  3. In case you’re package show delivered on the tracking information but the customer is seeing it didn’t receive we don’t take responsibility but we will open the case to delivery partner and after investigations they decided if they will issue a refund or not it may take up to 30 days.

MESSAGE CARD AND GIFT WRAPPING

Alimtex we offer standard packaging, for each order we offer pouch or box with a gift tag printed with your message (if you require). This service is available all the time and is free Change

Returned goods must meet the following conditions:

  • must be properly packaged to avoid damage to the product
  • must not have been worn, the goods must not show signs of wear

*the return must be ship in 24h from when you let us know you are returning

In case of return, the seller is not responsible for the loss or damage of the products during transport – it is the customer’s duty to pack the products properly to prevent damage to them.

If you want to return a product for personal reasons:

  1. to announce the return as soon as the product has been received (maximum 12h)
  2. The packages (s) should be in the same condition, not show signs of wear / damage etc
  3. The return will be Supported by the customer
  4. because we don’t do refunds, you have a credit and you have to use it within 14 days

If the following conditions are not met, we cannot accept the return and the item will be ship back to you

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
